  1. Step: Open the SMS app on your mobile.
  2. Step: Enter the number '57575'.
  3. Step: Type this message: 'PTNPAN' <space> <15-digit acknowledgement number>" and send it. 

For example, if your acknowledgment number is '078459147356894, ' then type the message - NSDLPAN 078459147356894' and send it to '57575'.
