2. Step: You will be asked to consent to receive Emails or SMS from 'Protean eGov Technologies Limited'. Click on 'Yes'.
3. Step: After that, click on the 'Services' option.
4. Step: Choose 'Status of Application' from the provided list and click on the 'PAN application' option. 
5. Step: Enter the 15-digit acknowledgement number of your PAN application.

• The updates on WhatsApp will depend on the mobile number you register during the PAN application. 
• Automated responses may be limited if you use a foreign number.

3. Step: Type this message: 'PTNPAN' <space> <15-digit acknowledgement number>" and send it.
